    Rental Conditions

    These conditions summarise how a rental with OM Drive Cars Agadir works. The signed rental contract you receive at handover is the binding document.

    Minimum age and licence

    The minimum driver age is 21 years.

    No minimum number of years holding the licence is required. EU, UK and US licences are accepted without an international permit.

    Documents required

    Original driving licence, passport or national ID card, and the flight or accommodation details used for the delivery.

    Additional drivers must present the same documents and be named on the contract.

    Fuel policy

    Full-to-full: the car is delivered with a full tank and must be returned full. No refuelling or admin fee is charged when the tank is returned full.

    Insurance coverage

    Comprehensive insurance and 24/7 roadside assistance are included in the daily rate.

    Mileage is unlimited on every rental — there is no daily or total kilometre cap.

    Accident procedure

    In case of an accident, stop safely, call the police to obtain an official report (constat), then call OM Drive Cars on +212 661 578 069 before moving the vehicle where possible.

    A replacement vehicle is arranged where available.

    Fines and traffic violations

    Speeding tickets and other traffic fines issued during the rental period are the responsibility of the driver.

    Late returns

    Tell us on WhatsApp as soon as your plans change and we adapt where possible.

    Payment methods and deposit

    Payment is made on arrival, in cash or by card. Nothing is charged when you send a request.

    No deposit is taken and no credit card is blocked.
